Welcome to the Caningeraba State School Library, where we aim to foster a love of reading and literature. We strongly believe a library collection should provide diverse genre fiction and non-fiction texts. At Caningeraba State School Library, we offer students an abundance of reading choices in a nurturing environment.
Each class visits the library once a week. Students may borrow one or two books per week (depending on year level) and may have the items for up to two weeks. Students are also welcomed in to the library every second-break, to share books, play chess, and enjoy construction activities. Our new construction sets of Lego and Connetix provide an innovative makerspace for creative students. Drawing Club is also a very popular lunchtime activity.
